Charges continue. If a Force Majeure Event occurs: (a) the occurrence of such Force Majeure Event will not affect the parties’ obligations in relation to the calculation and payment of fixed charges in relation to the Services (whether or not, in the case of charges relating to ICPs, the relevant ICP received a supply of electricity during the period of the Force Majeure Event); but (b) any variable charges applicable to ICPs will not be payable to the extent that the consumption of, or demand for, electricity at the ICP is reduced due to the Force Majeure Event.
