Charges for Broadband Backhaul Services. (a) The monthly charges for the Broadband Backhaul Services shall be computed as the applicable Monthly Aggregate Subscriber Line Charges calculated pursuant to Exhibit C-2 plus the Monthly Pass-Through Expenses calculated pursuant to Subsection (b) of this Section.
