Charges for Late Payments and Returned Checks. If the tenant(s) does not pay the full amount of the monthly fee on or before the 7th day of the month, the landlord may collect a fee of $5 as of the 8th day of the month. Thereafter, the landlord may collect $1 for each additional day the monthly fee remains unpaid. The landlord may assess and collect from the tenant(s) a fee of $25 any time a check is not honored for payment.
