Late Charges and Penalties. If the rent herein provided and/or any other miscellaneous charges to Tenant’s account is received after the 5th day of the month, Tenant shall pay a late charge of $50.00. An additional charge of $50.00 will be made for any check tendered by Tenant to Landlord and subsequently dishonored by Xxxxxx’s bank.

Late Charges and Penalties. If a child is left at school after closing, our staff will attempt to contact parents first then will proceed to the listed emergency contacts to pick up the child. If a child is left for an unreasonable length of time and we are unable to locate any authorized adult to care for the child, we must then contact the appropriate regulatory agency including the DFPS. Parents are charged a late fee of $ per if the child remain at the school after the designated closing time. This fee is payable to the school immediately at the time children are picked up.

No portion of your weekly/monthly paid or outstanding tuition will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, holiday, Academy closing, withdrawal or dismissal from the Academy. INT WITHDRAWL Should it become necessary to withdraw your child for any reason, 30 days written notice must be submitted to the academy office. Verbal notice will not be considered withdrawal notification. Tuition is due and payable during the 30 days’ notice period. INT RETURN OF PAYMENT Any return check/ credit card items will be subject to $35.00 re-processing fee.

  • Late Charges Lessee hereby acknowledges that late payment by Lessee to Lessor of rent and other sums due hereunder will cause Lessor to incur costs not contemplated by this Lease, the exact amount of which will be extremely difficult to ascertain. Such costs include, but are not limited to, processing and accounting charges, and late charges which may be imposed upon Lessor by the terms of any ground lease, mortgage or deed of trust covering the Premises. Accordingly, if any installment of rent or other sum due from Lessee shall not be received by Lessor or Lessor's designee within ten (10) days after such amount shall be due, then, without any requirement for notice to Lessee, Lessee shall pay to Lessor a late charge equal to six percent (6%) of such overdue amount. The parties hereby agree that such late charge represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the costs Lessor will incur by reason of late payment by Lessee. Acceptance of such late charge by Lessor shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee's Default or Breach with respect to such overdue amount, nor prevent Lessor from exercising any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder. In the event that a late charge is payable hereunder, whether or not collected, for three (3) consecutive installments of Base Rent, then notwithstanding Paragraph 4.1 or any other provision of this Lease to the contrary, Base Rent shall, at Lessor's option, become due and payable quarterly in advance.

  • Interest; Penalties In the event the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate should fail to make any of the payments to the County required under this Fee Agreement, then the item or installment so in default shall continue as an obligation of the Company or such Sponsor Affiliate until the Company or such Sponsor Affiliate shall have fully paid the amount, and the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates agree, as applicable, to pay the same with interest thereon at a rate, unless expressly provided otherwise herein and in the case of FILOT payments, of 5% per annum, compounded monthly, to accrue from the date on which the payment was due and, in the case of FILOT payments, at the rate for non-payment of ad valorem taxes under State law and subject to the penalties the law provides until payment.
