Common use of Charges Payable Clause in Contracts

Charges Payable. On the termination of this Agreement or Schedule for any reason, all payments required to be made to Bell by the Customer thereunder, shall be due and payable immediately. Termination of this Agreement or a Schedule shall not relieve the Customer from any liability which accrued before the termination became effective. Customer will not be required to pay the applicable Termination Fees if Customer terminates this Agreement or a Schedule pursuant to Section 4(c).
