CHARTER PERIOD. 36.1 Subject to the terms of this Charter, the period of chartering of the Vessel under this Charter shall commence on the Actual Delivery Date for a period of ninety-six (96) months (the "Charter Period") unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms hereof.
36.2 Upon the expiry of the Charter Period, the Owners shall have the right to exercise the relevant rights as set out in Clause 55 (Owners' Right on Termination and Expiry of Charter Period).
CHARTER PERIOD. Section 2 of the Charter shall be amended by deleting the entire Section 2 and substituting, in lieu thereof, the following: The amended charter period for the Vessel shall extend from December 1, 1997 until April 15, 2000, unless earlier terminated because the Vessel has been sold to Charterer or a third party (the "Charter Period"). The date of the expiration of the Charter Period shall be referred to herein as the "Charter Expiration Date." Upon the Charter Expiration Date, unless the Vessel shall have been purchased by Charterer pursuant to Section 15 of the Charter (as amended by this Amendment), the Vessel shall be returned to the Owner in accordance with the terms of Section 13 of the Charter.
CHARTER PERIOD. Upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Charter, the Owner Trustee hereby lets and demises, and the Charterer hereby hires, the Vessel for the Interim Period and the Basic Period.
CHARTER PERIOD. Subject as provided in this Clause 3 and Clauses 6 and 27, the term of this Charter shall be ten (10) years commencing from the Delivery Date (the “Initial Charter Period”).
CHARTER PERIOD. (State) hereby commits to participating in the Service for an initial Charter Period extending from the date of this Agreement through June 30, 2019, consisting of four fiscal years beginning on July 1, 2015, subject only to the availability of sufficient appropriations for meeting the payment obligations to the Commission for the Service.
CHARTER PERIOD. Subject to the terms of this Charter, the period of chartering of the Vessel hereunder (the “Charter Period”) is sixty (60) months.

CHARTER PERIOD. This Charter Party shall be for the period designated in Box 4, commencing upon the Charterer's acceptance of the Vessel and continuing until either the date of her redelivery or the completion of the voyage then current, at the Charterer's sole option. Any option periods shall be in direct continuation, shall be without guaranty at the Charterer's sole option, and shall be declared as specified in Section I. Optional periods may be declared at any time prior to redelivery of the Vessel.
CHARTER PERIOD. The period of the Charter Agreement is six months commencing from 1 August 2017. Upon the expiry of the Charter Agreement, the Charterer is entitled to request for a six-month renewal of the Charter Agreement, subject to 60 days prior notice to the Owner.
