CHARTER PERIOD. 36.1 Subject to the terms of this Charter, the period of chartering of the Vessel under this Charter shall commence on the Actual Delivery Date for a period of ninety-six (96) months (the "Charter Period") unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms hereof. 36.2 Upon the expiry of the Charter Period, the Owners shall have the right to exercise the relevant rights as set out in Clause 55 (Owners' Right on Termination and Expiry of Charter Period).
