Common use of Charter School Level Clause in Contracts

Charter School Level. 1. In the event the complainant does not believe the problem has been resolved satisfactorily at the Individual level, the complainant shall be requested to put the complaint in writing and direct it to the Charter School administrator within thirty (30) calendar days of the final decision at the Individual level. 2. The certificated employee shall be notified of the complaint, have the right to meet with the complainant and question him/her regarding the accuracy of the complaint, and be allowed to have an Association representative present in the meeting with the complainant. 3. The Charter School administrator or designee shall investigate the complaint with the employee, supervisor, complainant, and/or others to gain a better understanding of the problem. Within fifteen (15) calendar days the Charter School administrator or designee shall render a decision in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the parties involved.
