CHARTER UNDERTAKING. Borrower shall have provided Lender with a written undertaking that Borrower will obtain an assignment of any charter (in accordance with Section 5.1® hereof) on the Vessel at the time of Conversion. Any such charters are subject to the prior approval of Lender (not to be unreasonably withheld).
