Contract Formation Subject to FAR Sections 1.601(a) and 43.102, the Government Order must be signed by a duly warranted contracting officer, in writing. The same requirement applies to contract modifications affecting the rights of the parties. All terms and conditions intended to bind the Government must be included within the contract signed by the Government.
TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.
Specialized Vehicles Employees who must operate a motor vehicle on official State business and who, because of a physical disability, may operate only specially equipped or modified vehicles may claim from 34 up to 37 cents per mile, with certification. Supervisors who approve claims pursuant to this Subsection have the responsibility of determining the need for the use of such vehicles.
Company Formation The Company has been formed as a limited liability company under and pursuant to the Act. The Managers shall file the Certificate and all other such instruments or documents and shall do or cause to be done all such filing, recording, or other acts, as may be necessary or appropriate from time to time to comply with the requirements of law for the formation and/or operation of a limited liability company in the State of Delaware. The Managers may also direct that the Company be registered or qualified to do business in other jurisdictions.
Write-Ups and Write-Downs On each Payment Date, the Global Agent shall write up or write down the Class Principal Balance or Notional Principal Amount, as applicable, of each Class of Notes, as applicable, as determined pursuant to the Debt Agreement and agreed to by Issuer and the Global Agent.
Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.
Codebook Format The codebook describes an ASCII data set (although the data are also being provided in a SAS transport file). Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.
Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.
