CHECK AGREEMENT. This Agreement applies to any electronic fund transfer made to or from Your Account(s) by You or by any user who has access to Your Account with actual, apparent or implied authority for use of Your Account. Electronic fund transfers to and from Your Account can be made through the use of, but may not be limited to the following: (a) transactions made through the use of Your Card; (b) Our Online Banking system; (c) Our Mobile Banking system; and (d) any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. An electronic fund transfer is any transfer of funds which is performed through the use of Your Card, Our Online Banking system, Our Mobile Banking system, E-Check or other electronic device.
