CHECK CORRECTION. In the event an employee does not receive his/her paycheck on payday or is underpaid due to administrative error, a new check shall be issued within three (3) business days from the pay date as long as the Employer is made aware of the problem on the pay date or the first business day following the pay date. If the underpayment is for a small amount of less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), the Employer may ask the employee if the corrected amount may be paid on the next subsequent paycheck.

CHECK CORRECTION. In the event an employee does not receive his/her paycheck on payday or is underpaid due to administrative error, a new check shall be issued within three (3) business days from the date of notification as long as the Employer is made aware of the problem on the pay date or the first business day following the pay date. If the underpayment is for less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), the Employer may ask the employee if the corrected amount may be paid on the next subsequent paycheck. If an error made by the employer results in damages to the employee, the employee shall submit all documentation related to late fees and assessments for review. If the damages are a result of the Employer’s error, such damages will be reimbursed.
CHECK CORRECTION. Should a bargaining unit member fail to receive a paycheck or receive an erroneous paycheck that is less than the correct paycheck amount, the Employer shall, upon notification or internal discovery, immediately pay the employee the difference between the correct amount and the erroneous paycheck. An employee who suffers irreparable hardship such as late payment fees or fines solely as a result of paycheck error may request reimbursement of such fees or fines with the intent to make the employee whole. Such reimbursements will not be sought or denied in a capricious manner.

However, in the case of a failure to satisfy the requirements of § 401(k)(3), 401(m)(2), or 401(m)(9), the correction period does not end until the last day of the second plan year following the plan year that includes the last day of the additional period for correction permitted under § 401(k)(8) or 401(m)(6). If a 403(b) Plan does not have a plan year, the plan year is deemed to be the calendar year for purposes of this subsection.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
