CHECKING BALANCE. 7.1 You can check your Available Balance and transaction history by visiting My Account; via SMS balance enquiry (standard network charges apply) or via the App (standard network charges apply). 7.2 We will make your monthly Account statements available on My Account free of charge and every month we will either email you or send an SMS to notify you that your My Account has been updated.
