Checks Covered by these Services. The Services in this Positive Pay Section only apply to checks that are presented for payment through normal interbank check clearing procedures (e.g., local clearinghouse, Federal Reserve, or direct send presentment cash letter) and posted to your Account each night. Checks that are presented in any other manner will be paid in accordance with our standard procedures.
