CHECKS PRESENTED FOR PAYMENT IN PERSON. We may refuse to accept any draft drawn on your account that is presented for payment in person. Such refusal shall not constitute a wrongful dishonor of the draft and we shall have no liability for refusing payment. If we agree to cash a check that is presented for payment in person, we may require the presenter to pay a fee.
