Common use of CHEMICAL COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

CHEMICAL COMPLIANCE. 27.1 To the extent required, the Supplier warrants that it, and all sub-suppliers of substances used in relation to the Deliverables, complies with the REACH Regulation, CLP Regulation and any other chemical compliance rules and regulations relevant for the Deliverables. For the avoidance of doubt, the Supplier shall adhere to the strictest standards regarding HESQ and chemical compliance pursuant to the Agreement and applicable rules and regulations.
