Chemicals and Supplies. A. Contractor shall purchase and issue all chemicals in their original containers. Labeling of containers of hazardous, toxic substances or waste must be in compliance will all Federal, State and local laws, regulations and ordinances. Contractor shall only use germicidal disinfectants that bear a United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) Registration Number.
