Company agrees to supply, at its expense: a. all standard chemicals for maintaining safe and clean pool water under normal conditions throughout the summer, including chlorine/sanitizer, pH adjustment chemicals, calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, chlorine stabilizer, and diatomaceous earth, as needed. Company reserves the right to xxxx Customer additional for chemicals that are non-standard, such as phosphate removers, algaecides, and water clarifier. b. Company will provide a chlorinator for Customer’s main pool during the term of this Agreement. Unless agreed otherwise herein, the Company reserves the right to remove this chlorinator upon termination of this Agreement. c. the following pool supplies: refills of test kit reagents leaf blower d. the following janitorial supplies for use when pool is open: toilet paper disinfecting cleaners paper towels glass cleaner replacing mop heads toilet brushes toilet bowl cleaners floor cleaners trashcan liners e. The Customer shall be responsible for the cost of replacing all light bulbs within the pool and general pool area. f. Customer shall be responsible for providing, at no cost to Company, the following equipment thirty (30) days prior to opening: water hoses pool vacuum heads leaf eater pool poles pool vacuum hoses ring buoys life hooks pool rules sign trash receptacles water test kit life line first aid kit blood borne pathogen clean-up kit safety tubes winterizing plugs spray nozzles mop for bathrooms pool brush fire extinguisher roll-out trash bin pool signs as required by code winterization plugs Customer shall be responsible for supplying the above items, consistent with local health department regulations thirty (30) days prior to opening date. If Customer does not purchase these items thirty (30) days prior to opening date the Company will purchase these items and xxxx the Customer accordingly. g. Company agrees to re-supply the following first aid supplies: Band-Aids gauze pads antibacterial cream bee sting swabs Customer shall be responsible for supplying a completely stocked first aid kit and water testing kit, consistent with local health department regulations thirty

e. The Customer OWNER shall be responsible for all other chemicals and supplies, at its own expense. If MANAGER purchases chemicals and supplies identified as OWNER CHEMICALS AND SUPPLIES or any other chemicals and supplies that are not identified as MANAGER CHEMICALS AND SUPPLIES, at the cost request of replacing all light bulbs within OWNER or with the pool and general pool area.
f. Customer authorization of OWNER, there items shall be invoiced by MANAGER to OWNER as ADDITIONAL FEES. OWNER may be responsible for providingADDITIONAL FEES if the current primary source of disinfectant changes after or during the execution on the terms of this agreement and result in additional cost upon the MANAGER. b. Company A digital automated chemical controller to sense and dispense liquid chlorine and pH balancing chemicals 24 hours per day as needed. Includes installation, all necessary tanks, fittings, tubing and connectors. AQUA TECH will provide a chlorinator for CustomerOWNER’s main pool during the term terms of this Agreement. Chlorinator will be property of owner after one year of service and all maintenance and repair of the chlorination system will be responsibility of OWNER after first year of service.
c. Unless agreed otherwise herein, the Company AQUA TECH reserves the right to remove this chlorinator equipment upon expiration or termination of this AgreementAgreement if in the first year.

Customer OWNER shall be responsible for providing, at no cost to CompanyAQUA TECH, the following other equipment thirty (30) days prior to openingsuch as: leaf rake battery powered leaf blower light bulbs fire extinguisher water hoses hose nozzles pool vacuum heads leaf eater pool poles pool vacuum hoses ring buoys life hooks pool rules sign signs skimmer baskets, weirs and lids return outlet covers trash receptacles clock water test kit life line first aid kit blood borne pathogen clean-up kit safety tubes winterizing plugs spray nozzles mop for bathrooms pool brush fire extinguisher roll-out trash bin broom and dustpan mop and bucket (or) deck brush and squeegee lifeguard stands rescue tubes umbrellas for lifeguard stands Any items from the above list that are not on site prior to 60 days before scheduled pool signs as required opening date shall be considered preapproved by code winterization plugs Customer OWNER and will be delivered to the pool and billed by AQUA TECH. OWNER shall be responsible for supplying lawn care and landscaping around the above itemsfacility, consistent with local health department regulations thirty (30) days prior to opening dateincluding outside and inside of the fence line. If Customer does not purchase these items thirty (30) days prior to opening date Monthly weed and pest control around the Company will purchase these items and xxxx the Customer accordinglypool deck is recommended.
