Chief Executive Office; Places of Business. Schedule III sets forth with respect to each Obligor: (i) the current address (including county) of such Obligor’s chief executive office; (ii) if different from the information in the preceding clause (i), the place where such Obligor keeps its books and records (including computer records) relating to its accounts, contracts, chattel paper, general intangibles or other property; (iii) whether any of the books and records (including computer records) relating to any of its property are maintained with a third-party (including, without limitation, a computer service firm), and if so, the name and address (including county) of such third-party; and (iv) the address (including county) of each place of business of such Obligor other than those listed in (i) through (iii) above or in 4 below, the nature of the activity conducted at each such location.
