Common use of Chief Financial Officer Certificate Clause in Contracts

Chief Financial Officer Certificate. At each of the Closing Date and any Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received a certificate of the Company signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, dated the Closing Date and Option Closing Date (if such date is other than the Closing Date), with respect to certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, General Disclosure Package, and the Prospectus, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
