Common use of Chief Financial Officer Clause in Contracts

Chief Financial Officer. The Charter School shall designate a Chief Financial Officer, who shall possess the following minimum qualifications: i. A baccalaureate or higher degree in business, accounting, or finance from an accredited college or university and a minimum of four (4) years experience in a field related to business or finance; or ii. Documented experience of ten (10) or more years in the field of business and financial management.
