CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE LAWS. In the event that the contract calls for services to minors, the contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law (Act of November 26, 1975, P.L. 438, No. 124; 23 P.S. SS 6301-6384, as amended by Act of July 1, 1985, P.L. 124, No. 33) and all regulations promulgated thereunder (55Pa. Code, chapter 3490).
