Child Seats. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure the appropriate child seat(s) are selected and fitted for children travelling in the Vehicle. The Owner takes no responsibility for fines, injury or death, or any other loss associated with failure to have a child seat fitted in the Vehicle or failure to safely restrain children in the Vehicle. The Owner takes no responsibility for the proper installation and/or adjustment of child seat(s) restraints. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to comply with all mandated seatbelt and child restraint laws applicable in the relevant State or Territory. Police infringements may be issued to the driver of the Vehicle for any unrestrained or inappropriately restrained occupant(s), including incorrectly fitted and adjusted child restraint(s). A child seat(s) may be a standard baby seat for children up to 18 kilograms and a child booster seat is designed for children to be raised so that the lap-shoulder belt is correctly and safely position and may be suitable for children from four to seven years.
Child Seats. For the benefit of members with young children, child seats are kept on the back seats of certain cars. When a member needs to use the back seats of these cars they should remove the child seats and place them in the designated safe location, which should be written on a label attached to the seat. When they return the vehicle, they should fetch the child seat and put it back on the back seat of the car. They do not need to secure it in place, as the next parent will do this. Extra child seats owned by Moray Carshare are kept in the key shed at The Park and at Station House. These are only for Moray Carshare members use. Please return them after use.

Child Seats. We will pay to replace a child seat or child booster seat that was in your vehicle at the time of an accident or theft covered under section 2 of this policy. We will provide this cover even if there is no visible damage to the seat. You will not have to pay an excess for any claim under this section.
Child Seats. In addition to the annual subscription license, You will pay for Your use of Child Seats within AEPSi. For either AEPSi Enterprise or Pro Accounts, Child Seat limits can be assigned and modified by the Account Administrator and are counted automatically within AEPSi. Xxxxxxx will invoice Your Account Holder at the end of the subscription year for the highest number of concurrent Child Seats used within the Account in that period.
Child Seats. Your Account allows a specified number of unique Child Seats to be set by the Account Administrator on the Site for use during the term of the Agreement. Child Records may be archived or deleted to make Child Seats available. Please refer to the Terms of Use for information on choices available to You.
