Common use of Child Support Compliance Act Clause in Contracts

Child Support Compliance Act. In the event the annual gross income generated as a result of this contract shall exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), Concessionaire acknowledges that: A. The Concessionaire recognizes the importance of child and family support relating to child and family support enforcement, including, but not limited to, disclosure of information and compliance with earnings assignment orders, as obligations and shall fully comply with all applicable state and federal laws provided in Chapter 8 (commencing with section 5200) of Part 5 of Division 9 of the Family Code; and B. The Concessionaire to the best of its knowledge is fully complying with the earnings assignment orders of all employees and is providing the names of all new employees to the New Hire Registry maintained by the California Employment Development Department.

In For any OMRR&R Agreement in excess of $100,000, the event the annual gross income generated as a result of this contract shall exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)Funding Recipient acknowledges in accordance with Public Contract Code 7110, Concessionaire acknowledges that: A. a) The Concessionaire Funding Recipient recognizes the importance of child and family support obligations and shall fully comply with all applicable state and federal laws relating to child and family support enforcement, including, but not limited to, disclosure of information and compliance with earnings assignment orders, as obligations and shall fully comply with all applicable state and federal laws provided in Chapter 8 (commencing with section 5200) of Part 5 of Division 9 of the Family Code; and B. b) The Concessionaire Funding Recipient, to the best of its knowledge is fully complying with the earnings assignment orders of all employees and is providing the names of all new employees to the New Hire Registry maintained by the California Employment Development Department.

In For any Agreement in excess of $100,000, the event the annual gross income generated as a result of this contract shall exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)contractor/GRANTEE acknowledges in accordance with Public Contract Code 7110, Concessionaire acknowledges that: A. a. The Concessionaire contractor/GRANTEE recognizes the importance of child and family support obligations and shall fully comply with all applicable state and federal laws relating to child and family support enforcement, including, but not limited to, disclosure of information and compliance with earnings assignment orders, as obligations and shall fully comply with all applicable state and federal laws provided in Chapter 8 (commencing with section 5200) of Part 5 of Division 9 of the Family Code; and B. b.
