  • Children and minors If you are under 18 years old, then by entering into this Agreement you explicitly stipulate that (i) you have legal capacity to conclude this Agreement or that you have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so and (ii) you understand the JetBrains Privacy Policy. You may not enter into this Agreement if you are under 13 years old. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS SECTION, DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE JETBRAINS PRIVACY POLICY, OR DO NOT KNOW WHETHER YOU HAVE THE LEGAL CAPACITY TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE ASK YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR HELP.

  • Pro-Children Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Pro-Children Act of 2001 in that it prohibits smoking in any portion of its facility used for the provision of health, day care, early childhood development services, education or library services to children under the age of eighteen (18), which services are supported by federal or state government assistance (except such portions of the facilities which are used for inpatient substance abuse treatment) (20 USC 7181-7184).

  • PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES Contractor and/or subcontractor agree to comply with the provisions of §504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, (29 USC 794 et seq., as implemented in 45 CFR 84.1 et seq.), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended (42 USC 12101 et seq.; as implemented in 29 CFR 1630), as applicable, pertaining to the prohibition of discrimination against qualified persons with disabilities in all programs or activities, and if applicable, as implemented in Title 45, CFR, §84.1 et seq., as they exist now or may be hereafter amended together with succeeding legislation.

  • Fair Employment Practices and Americans with Disabilities Act Party agrees to comply with the requirement of Title 21V.S.A. Chapter 5, Subchapter 6, relating to fair employment practices, to the full extent applicable. Party shall also ensure, to the full extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, that qualified individuals with disabilities receive equitable access to the services, programs, and activities provided by the Party under this Agreement. Party further agrees to include this provision in all subcontracts.

  • Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B. Paraeducators will work a 186-day contract, 7½ hours per day and receive four (4) paid holidays unless otherwise specified.

  • BENEFICIARY'S PROTECTIONS 5.1 The Guarantor shall not be discharged or released from this Deed of Guarantee by any arrangement made between the Supplier and the Beneficiary (whether or not such arrangement is made with or without the assent of the Guarantor) or by any amendment to or termination of the Guaranteed Agreement or by any forbearance or indulgence whether as to payment, time, performance or otherwise granted by the Beneficiary in relation thereto (whether or not such amendment, termination, forbearance or indulgence is made with or without the assent of the Guarantor) or by the Beneficiary doing (or omitting to do) any other matter or thing which but for this provision might exonerate the Guarantor.

  • Volunteer Peer Assistants 1. Up to eight (8)

  • Covered Persons Training All Covered Persons shall receive at least three hours of training during the first Reporting Period. Training may be completed in-person or online. These training requirements may be satisfied only by the completion of training courses that are submitted to OIG, prior to registration for the training course, for review and approval. At a minimum, the required training sessions must include the following topics:

  • Children’s Privacy The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
