Persons with disabilities definition

Persons with disabilities means persons who have long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others;
Persons with disabilities means individuals who have a physical or mental impairment that sub- stantially limits one or more major life activities.
Persons with disabilities means those individuals that are afflicted with a disability as defined under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
