Children’s Protection Act Requirements. If the Services or any part of the Services require the Contractor (if a natural person) and any other person employed or engaged by the Contractor to perform prescribed functions, pursuant to the Children’s Protect Act 1993 SA, the Contractor must ensure that such persons hold valid clearances to work with children. The University will not be held responsible for meeting any of the cost of obtaining clearances.
