Chinese Government Approval. ETG shall use its best efforts to obtain Chinese government approval of the development of the Project after signing of this agreement. Failure by ETG to gain Chinese Government approval shall result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and all other ancillary Agreements/Contracts between ETG, its Subsidiaries, and Other Project Participants which have been granted rights and benefits pursuant to the signing of this Agreement.
Chinese Government Approval. Chinese government approval of the making of such Loan under this Agreement shall have been obtained on terms satisfactory to the Lender in its sole discretion and shall be in full force and effect.
