Common use of Choice of Health Plans Clause in Contracts

Choice of Health Plans. Employees in this bargaining unit shall have a choice of enrolling themselves and their eligible dependents in any of the City sponsored medical, dental and vision plans. Each plan shall offer an Employee only, Employee plus One and Employee plus two or more dependents coverage. The City shall offer two or more medical plans to regular employees.
