Choristers Not Engaged in Current Production. Choristers who are not engaged in a production but are already engaged for a subsequent production may be contracted to attend music rehearsals for the subsequent production in the earlier period (as in Clause 14:01(C)(i) above) and will be paid a minimum of one-sixth (1/6) of the Chorus music preparation rate for each three (3) hour (maximum) call. The subsequent engagement is not contingent upon an Artist’s availability to attend music rehearsals in the earlier period.

Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions, including in-service seminars, to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees.
