Common use of CIC Protection Period Clause in Contracts

CIC Protection Period. For purposes of this Agreement, “CIC Protection Period” shall mean the period commencing as of the date of the consummation of a Change in Control and ending on the second anniversary of the consummation of such Change in Control.
