CIMAB, TARCANTA and TARCANTA LTD. intend that this Agreement shall provide certain quality assurance requirements appertaining to the supply of the Products. In consideration of the premises and of the mutual covenants and obligations set forth herein, the Parties hereby agree as set forth below.
