Common use of Circulars / G Clause in Contracts

Circulars / G. O.s: The service provider shall earnestly abide and adhere to the circulars, guidelines, instructions of the Trust and the G.O.s, notifications and the guidelines of the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh, issued from time to time related to the Trust and its Schemes. The same shall be binding upon all the network hospitals (NWHs) of the State of Andhra Pradesh and other state network hospitals as well from the date of its issuance.
