You are not covered for treatment or advice by a dietitian or nutritionist (unless covered under your plan under the dietitian benefit in the cancer treatment section of the table of benefits). You are not covered for drugs prescribed for out-patient mental health treatment. You are not covered for treatment or medicine which in our reasonable opinion is experimental or unproven based on generally accepted current clinical evidence and generally accepted medical practice.
