Citizenship Ceremony Clause Samples
Citizenship Ceremony. An employee shall be entitled to necessary time off to attend their citizenship ceremony to receive their certificate of citizenship to become a Canadian Citizen, up to a maximum of one (1) calendar day. The employee shall notify the Employer a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the date the leave is required.
Citizenship Ceremony. Leave without loss of pay may be granted to Employees for the purpose of attending ceremonies to receive naturalisation papers.
Citizenship Ceremony. 16.1 An employee required to attend a ceremony for the purpose of receiving their Australian Citizenship Certificate shall be granted leave of absence with pay at single rate for the time necessarily absent from duty to attend such ceremony.
16.2 Reasonable notice in advance is to be given to Yarra Trams.
16.3 A Citizenship Certificate is to be sighted by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ as certification of attendance.
