Common use of City Audits Clause in Contracts

City Audits. CITY, either directly or through a designated representative, may conduct financial and performance audits of GRANTEE’s records related to this Agreement at any time in the course of the Agreement and during the records retention period listed above. Audits will be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as promulgated in Government Auditing Standards by the Comptroller General of the United States Government Accountability Office.

Audits will shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as promulgated in Government Auditing Standards by the Comptroller General of the United States Government Accountability Office.

Audits will be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as promulgated in Government Auditing Standards by the Comptroller General of the United States Government Accountability Office.
