TARIFF AMENDMENTS 18.1 Subject to your right to terminate this Agreement, provided for in clause 16 above, SAMRO may at its own discretion amend its Tariff at any time.
Substantive Amendments 6.2.1 Amendments to any matters not identified under Section 6.1 shall be deemed substantive and may only be amended in accordance with the approval requirements of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.

200 Domestic Preferences for Procurements As appropriate and to the extent consistent with law, the non-Federal entity should, to the greatest extent practicable under a Federal award, provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products). The requirements of this section must be included in all subawards including all contracts and purchase orders for work or products under this award. For purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Produced in the United States” means, for iron and steel products, that all manufacturing processes, from the initial melting stag through the application of coatings, occurred in the United States. Moreover, for purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Manufactured products” means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe, aggregates such as concrete, glass, including optical fiber, and lumber. OPERATION OF AMENDMENTS The Service Agreement will be read and construed subject to this Deed, and in all other respects the provisions of the Service Agreement are confirmed, and subject to the terms of the amendments contained in this Deed and the Service Agreement will continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. Each Party will promptly do and perform all further acts and execute and deliver all further documents (in form and content reasonably satisfactory to that Party) required by law or reasonably requested by any other Party to give effect to this Deed. This Deed is governed by and will be construed according to the laws in force in Western Australia.
