Lease Amendments definition

Lease Amendments means (a) the first amendment to office lease entered into by the Debtor and the Landlord wherein the parties agreed to certain amendments to the Lease in respect of the 19th Floor at Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario;
Lease Amendments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9(b).
Lease Amendments means those certain amendments to lease agreements between various owners of certain portions of the Premises, each as a landlord, and certain of Company's Subsidiaries, each as a tenant, pursuant to which the parties thereto have amended certain existing leases related to the Premises for the benefit of Administrative Agent.
