City Continuance of Coverage. If any of the policies of insurance required from the Artist are canceled or lapse, City may, at City’s sole discretion, obtain substitute coverage at reasonable rates. City may deduct the cost of such coverage, plus ten percent (10%) for administrative charges, from any monies owing to the Artist.
