Cost Minimization. Engineer’s work under this Agreement shall at all times incorporate such designs and practices as reasonably practical to minimize the City’s cost for the Project and any ongoing cost of maintenance or operation.

Underutilization Underutilization of Interconnection Trunks and facilities exists when provisioned capacity of trunks in service for more than six (6) months is greater than the current need. This over-provisioning is an inefficient deployment and use of network resources and results in unnecessary costs. Those situations where more capacity exists than actual usage will be handled in the following manner:
Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Workloads (a) The parties agree that patient care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice, patient acuity, fluctuating Work-Loads and fluctuating staffing are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Uncontrollable Circumstances The University shall not be in default of this Agreement if delays in or failure of performance shall be due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the University. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, acts of government or similar authorities, public health emergency, fire, flood, terrorism, earthquakes, weather, riot, civil disturbance, police action or similar events beyond the University’s reasonable control. In the event of an uncontrollable circumstance, the University shall immediately notify the Student and shall resume performance of its obligations immediately upon cessation of the uncontrollable circumstance.
