Common use of City Contract Administration Clause in Contracts

City Contract Administration. This Agreement shall be administered by a City employee, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Information Services & Technology Manager (“Contract Administrator”). All correspondence shall be directed to or through the Contract Administrator or his designee. The Contract Administrator shall have the power to act on behalf of City for all purposes under this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the Contract Administrator or his designee.
