City Council. In the event the discipline was initially imposed by the City Manager, the City Council shall consider the advisory findings of the Hearing Officer and shall render a final and conclusive decision within fifteen (15) calendar days of the receipt of the Hearing Officer's advisory decision. If the disciplinary action taken against the employee is reversed or modified by the City Council, the employee may be compensated, in whole or in part, for any time lost as determined by the City Council.
