Common use of City Council Clause in Contracts

City Council. The City Council is vested with authority to: A. Initiate an amendment to City’s Shoreline Master Program according Section 8.13, Amendments. B. Adopt all amendments to City’s Shoreline Master Program. Amendments shall become effective 14 days from the date of Ecology’s written notice of final approval.
