City Financial Assistance. After the Company has executed a lease for the Premises, Company may request the Grant. Company acknowledges and agrees that the City’s offer to pay the Grant under this Agreement is conditioned upon City approval of a certificate of occupancy allowing the operation of the Company at the Premises.
