Specifically, the project shall involve: Pleasanton Career & Business 2019-2020 provides comprehensive career services to job seekers and builds the capacity of local small businesses through workshops and individual counseling. The program will focus on increasing awareness of the Career Center’s services in order to increase the capacity to serve job seekers, entrepreneurs, and employers. Pleasanton Back to Work 2018-2019 provides a comprehensive range of no-cost career services to help get Pleasanton residents employed again. The Tri-Valley Career Center will assist 250 Pleasanton job seekers in FY 2019-2020. The project shall conform substantially to the scope of work described above. [However, the targets and service goals noted in the application may be adjusted proportionately to reflect a reduction in funding between the amount requested and the amount approved.] Any request to modify the scope of the project shall be submitted to the City of Pleasanton’s HHSG administrator in the form of a letter.
