CITY Operates Airport. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent CITY from taking any action it considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches to its Airport from obstructions, or to keep CITY from preventing LESSEE from erecting, or permitting to be erected on the leased premises, any building, structure or obstruction which, in the opinion of CITY, would limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute any kind of a hazard to aircraft.
