Shift Operation. When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.
Shift Operation. (a) It is recognized that the Site operates twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week and three hundred and sixty-five (365) days per year. It follows, that staffing will be required on all three (3) shifts days, evenings and nights. To ensure an appropriate efficient staffing pattern as determined by the Employer it may be required that Employees work on any or all of the three (3) shifts.

Shift Operation. 4 For the purposes of this section, a work program may be defined as work taking place on a site that could include the following: o Outages o Specific contracted scopes of work o Various and different modifications in an operating plant where the owner dictates the hours of work or o Subcontracts for a prime contractor where the prime contractor dictates the hours of work When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours per shift at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift at the straight time plus the appropriate shift differential as set out in the Shift Differential Article of this agreement. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift plus the appropriate shift differential as set out in the Shift Differential Article of this agreement.

On a three (3) shift operation, the following shall apply: First Shift - The regular hours of work on the first shift of three shift operations shall be eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for a meal period at mid-shift, between the hours of 5:00 am and 6:00 pm. Second Shift - The second shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7½) hours of continuous employment, except for a meal period at mid-shift, and shall be paid for at eight
Shift Operation. 1. Any changes from the present method of shift operation (56-hour week, 24 hours on duty then 24 hours off duty) shall be subject matter for further bargaining.

A shift will be deemed to be established providing at least four (4) consecutive days of a shift are to be worked excluding Saturdays, Sundays and recognized holidays. If an employee is removed from their scheduled shift prior to completing four (4) consecutive shifts, the employee will be paid shift differential for the remainder of the hours that would have been worked had the employee not been reassigned. It may be necessary from time to time to vary the hours of work established in this Article. Any amendments to the hours of work will be established by mutual agreement between EPSCA and the Union. Shift differential will not be paid on overtime hours.
Shift Operation. (a) The weekly hours of work shall consist of forty (40) hours for all employees of Employers covered by this agreement and working on a one (1) or two (2) shift operation.
