Common use of City Prohibited Conduct Clause in Contracts

City Prohibited Conduct. The City agrees that it shall not lockout its employees during the term of this MOU. The term "lockout" is hereby defined so as not to include the discharge, suspension, termination, layoff, failure to recall, or failure to return to work of the employees of the City in the exercise of its rights as set forth in any provisions of this MOU or applicable ordinance or law.
