CITY RIGHTS – CONTENT AND CONTRACTORS. 1. The City retains the exclusive right to determine the content and contractor(s) for dental, vision and life insurance plans, and any other employee benefits except as otherwise provided for in this MOU. 2. The City agrees to consult with representatives of CCMG over any City- proposed change in the benefit levels of dental, life or vision care insurance during the term of this agreement. 3. It is understood that no significant changes in benefit levels will occur without the agreement of CCMG.
