City’s Approval of JOC Safety Policies. City reserves the right to approve and monitor JOC’s safety policies and program procedures, as they are applied during performance of the Work. Failure to comply with the safety policies and program procedures, once submitted to and approved by City, shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for the termination of an issued Job Order and/or this Agreement.
