Office of Justice Programs. Grantee shall designate a Civil Rights Coordinator to serve as a liaison for all civil rights related matters. The Civil Rights Coordinator need not be grant funded. Grantee shall promptly notify Grantor of any change regarding the designated Civil Rights Coordinator.

Part 38, specifically including any applicable requirements regarding written notice to program beneficiaries and prospective program beneficiaries.
