Office of Justice Programs. 10.0 Filing a Complaint - If the recipient or any of its employees, contractors, vendors, or program beneficiaries has a discrimination complaint, they may file a complaint with the recipient, with FDLE, or with the Office for Civil Rights.

Office of Justice Programs. Xxxxxxx agrees that the BSCC’s obligation to pay any sum to the Grantee under any provision of this agreement is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds.

Part 38, specifically including any applicable requirements regarding written notice to program beneficiaries and prospective program beneficiaries. Part 38 of 28 C.F.R., a DOJ regulation, was amended effective May 4, 2016.
